Vehicles Spawning After Driving Past Garage

So a few days ago, my vehicle trunk was emptied although i was sure i parked it before leaving, so i created a ticket which got denied because i didn't have any proof of it being a bug/glitch. In the end, i lost all of the stuff i grinded for a solid week, but we moved on. Earlier tonight, i came to my garage to store some stuff, pulled out the vehicle, grabbed the stuff and parked it. Keys were removed from my inventory and truck dissapeared. Drove off everything seemed normal. 15-30 minutes after me parking the truck, i pull up to my garage and before i have a chance to even enter it, i get a message saying i pulled out a vehicle and got given a copy of my keys. In conclusion, if i didn't figure this out last night i would have lost all of my shit again and wouldn't have had proof of what i lost or it being a bug, so this happening to someone else would also not be ideal.

1.) Park Vehicle
2.) Leave the area for a couple of minutes
3.) Drive near, or past your garage
4.) Get given keys to your vehicle, and your vehicle spawns in the last location you parked it in without you actually pressing anything.

Expected Behaviour: Vehicle doesn't spawn without me pulling it out of the garage, I don't randomly receive keys to my vehicle while driving past the garage.

Actual Behaviour: Drive past the Garage and receive keys to your vehicle, get greeted with a message saying "You took a vehicle out", before even entering your garage. This could cause people to purely drive past their garage and get their trunks robbed without them ever realizing.
