Vehicles not showing up on boosts

Upon accepting a boost and driving to the pickup location there will be no vehicle in sight.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

• Queue up for a boost

• Accept the boost

• Drive to the location of the boost

Expected results: The boost vehicle to be in the location of the pickup so that the boost can commence.

Actual result: The vehicle not appearing on the marked location from where it is supposed to be picked up.
