Vehicle customization options are disappearing

Summary of Issue: When I go to edit any vehicle in the mechanic menu, once I click on an option and try to back out of it... I will lose pretty much all options. As shown in the video: I clicked on "body parts" and it gives me roughly 6-7 options, when I click on "respray" and go back into "body parts" I lose 3 of the options, rinse and repeat until there is only 1 option left.

Impact on Gameplay: This pretty much makes it impossible to make customizations.

    This happens to every single car. As long as you hop into multiple menus, it causes that.

    Another issue is, if you go to “mod shop A” then you pressed the “C” key to free pan camera, and you use it a few times. Once you go to another mod shop, your screen goes to “mod shop A” or tries to until it can do one of the 2: Either crash you, or, make it so you’re unable to see customizations or the car as your camera is somewhere in the universe, mostly under the floor in middle of the city or something like that.
