Vehicle becomes inaccessible sometimes

When leaving a house, after you've done removing all the contents, your own personal vehicle will become inaccessible for no reason. You can lock & unlock it, but you will be unable to open the door or access the trunk.

Steps to reproduction:
1. Obtain your vehicle from your garage
2. Go to your house, which is assigned to be robbed.

3. Go inside and do your thing.

4. Start to take your TVs etc to your vehicle and may randomly find you can not access the truck etc.

Expected Behaviour:
The vehicle is accessible no matter the situation, as long as you have your keys

Actual Behaviour:
The vehicle can randomly become fully locked, even when trying to unlock it.

Current Workaround:
You will need to leave the area on foot or by another vehicle. Give it a few minutes to allow your own vehicle to despawn. Then return to the area and track it again, which will pull it out from the global storage. This will then allow you to access the trunk and open the doors once again.
