USING BLACK MARKET APP ON LAPTOP BUG

When trying to use the "black market" app , nothing happens, the screen disappears and you need to quit fivem and log in again, i have the right items needed to access or else i wouldnt be able to see black market app. Heres a pic below to show an example

Steps : Have laptop, Dongle and Mal USB in pocket
2) use laptop and open black market
3) the bug occurs shown in the pic

also added the F8 just in case
