Upgrades gone and no gas on boost

Doing an S class
No upgrades at all on the boost (Max speed = 130, 0-100 = maybe)
Half gas to start the boost (around 20 min) (With a top dog hacker, that's 10 min to hack, and 10 min to get out of a chase with 2 interceptors, 3 chargers and AirOne)

Step 1: Get a boost
Step 2: Boost has no upgrades and half gas
Step 3 Get arrested

Should have the upgrades and gas to do the boost

No gas no upgrades


Yes, you can do blocks or pit them etc, but it's still totally unfair when that bug happens, cops don't care at all, still goes as hard as a normal S class, and still take the lucky stall-ram
