Unable to Track Vehicle

Suggestions

When parking my car outside a friends house that I am currently decorating, my vehicle has poofed when I come back outside. I am unable to track it on my phone, vehicle app. There is not even an option to do so.

Is there any update to this problem, it is very frustrating to not be able to track any of my vehicles, especially if they get stolen by someone...

Currently the only vehicle I can track is my Nightblade.
