Unable to track vehicle

When leaving your car out and it poofs. You are unable to track the vehicle to poof it back in front of you.

Step 1 - Park it somewhere (EX. At a house robbery)

Step 2 - Leave and come back

Step 3 - Notice the vehicle is gone

Step 4 - Attempt to track vehicle from phone
