Unable to switch makeup colors for eye section

Description: in babershop menu, when trying to select colors for makeup eye section it does not let me select any colors and only able to have a default black shadow

Reproduction Steps

1. select barbershop menu through f1

2. go to makeup section 1st slot and select a primary or secondary color

3. select options on color palette and nothing changes

Expected Behaviour: when selecting pink or blue eyeshadow or eye liner changes on the character

Actual Behaviour: unable to select any colors on the palette to change anything
