Unable to rob store cash registers

When going to rob a store once you scare the cashier out of the store and go to rob the register it doesn't work. It says "I can't do this" even with the crowbar out. This was working a 2 days ago but has seem to stopped working recently.

Steps to reproduce...
1. Scare cashier out with gun
2. Pull out crowbar and 3rd eye register
3. It says "I can't do this" over and over


Without being able to rob stores it is completely stopping progression, hoping this is fixed soon.
