Unable to open blood evidence reports

Reproduction steps:

1. Run a bullet casing or blood sample

2. 3rd eye the evidence lab area and select "Get Evidence Reports"

3. Select Page 1

4. Open a report

Expected behaviour: Report opens
current behaviour: report doesn't open
