UI mismatch in representing how much fuel a car has

Description: "Car info in garage" UI and "fuel" UI when in a car show differing amounts.

Reproduction:

1. Open garage

2. Check how much fuel the menu says the car has

3. Take out the car

4. Sit in car and check amount of fuel

Expected: Booth numbers should be the same

Actual: Fuel percentage differs
