Twitter Profile Pictures not saving

Description: Setting a link within the profile picture box does not save after clicking the Save button and it leaves the default Twitter profile picture instead.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Open Twitter
2. Tap top-left profile picture icon

3. Enter image url under Profile Picture (I use imgur)

4. Click Save

5. Image does not save

Expected Behavior: Inputted profile picture will save.

Actual Behavior: Profile picture does not save and the default Twitter icon displays.
