Trick -or-Treating down animation bug

I was trick-or-treating in Mirror park with another player. We both went to a house where the mpc came out and one started beating us with bar and then the other mpc started beating us and fighting each other. We were both downed, however I never stood up again. The other player was able to stand up after the normal minute or so, but I was stuck on the ground (video). In the end I had to quit and come back. At that time, I could start my double-T, but it wouldn't move an inch.. I tried to kick it and track it. Still didn't move. I have video if needed.
