Trash Job not working

Everytime I select the Trash Job, I go to the attendant and start my shift. I am assigned a garbage truck. When I get in the truck the map does not assign me any trash pick up locations. I have ended the shift, ended the Job, logged out and back it and the same thing happens. I waited until a system restart and tried and again and no change.
