Trash Collector Bugged at Del Pero Pier Route

When doing the Trash Collector job whenever you get routed to the location across from the pier you can complete 2 stops and then it won’t mark the next one. This issue started yesterday, and I have experienced it every time I’ve been routed to that location.

It will tell you to go to the next location, but nothing will be marked which forces you to drive back across the city to clock out and then back in.

Expected outcome: It should mark the third location and allow players to continue their route.
