Trap House Notification & Pricing Adjustments

Reason for Suggestion: I am currently unaware if you get notified if someone is claiming a Trap house you have claimed and if you have to be around for it to ping you if not then a text msg or an app if you have claimed a trap house be visible and shows us notifications whether its being taken over/or unclaimed while you were asleep

Cause for Suggestion: I had a trap house claimed and been checking on it I was also unaware that it had been reclaimed by someone else, so getting notified in some way shape or form in my opinion would be a great QOL change. I didn't look at the laptop at first because the upgrades are too expensive for what it allows us to do, if upgrading the washing machine allowed more then just notes to be cleaned would have more gangs trying to claim and upgrade them instead of running cargo, however, the pricing is insane where every upgrade mainly costs 500k just to put 1 upgrade seems a little steep.
