Traffic tickets

Ability to place traffic tickets on cars that are parked illegally, red lines, wrong way etc.

This would allow police to give tickets to cars that are parked illegally and it be fined to the owner of the car. Police should check that the car isn't stolen first before doing so.

Tickets have to be paid in X amount of days before they are taking as default from their accounts at a higher amount.

This would then open up an opportunity for traffic court where on set days people with outstanding traffic tickets can contest them.
