Traffic Ticket System

Suggestion Description: A system which allows officers to put a picture taken by them in this system and send a ticket to the owner of the vehicle if that's straight to their bank or a pending fine on the LSRS app which they would have a traffic ticket awaiting under their tax which they have to pay within x amount of time which if they don't then that ticket is shown on their vehicle's profile for "Unpaid traffic fine(s)" which then the PD can figure out a system on what can be done with vehicles that have multiple unpaid fines.

Reason: I think this would be such a great asset for police to have and adds more roleplay for the community. People can fight the ticket in court, their car can be impounded till the fines are paid etc. This would also make people think again about their parking, driving etc and make it more realistic because I've seen a lot of people just speed down the roads and park their car on a pavement or anywhere just so they can go do something quickly. E.g. people would speed down Carcer Way and park their car on the City Hall/Court grass or pavement so that they can quickly grab a new ID.
