Towing Cargo Van Causes Tornado Tow Truck

Another AE employee said this happened yesterday and they thought it was a random thing and forgot to report it.

If you tow a cargo van it causes the tow truck to stand up straight from its front and then it starts to tornado around in a circle and the only way to stop it is to impound it through the mechanic wheel.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Tow a cargo van onto a tow truck (this is due to a PD calling for it to be impounded)

3. After a moment the truck will then start flying around in circles

This happens specifically with cargo vans from what the other employee told me. It happened for him today and yesterday.
