Toolboxes can't be dropped to store items anymore.

We used to be able to drop the Toolbox item to access it and place items in it.
It no longer allows us to put it down.

How:
1. open pockets
2. Use Toolbox
3. press 6 (drop Prop key)

Expected:
Use the Toolbox from the pockets to hold it.
Then press 6 (Drop Prop Key) to drop it on the ground.
Target the toolbox to access its inventory

What is Happening:
When attempting to drop the toolbox, an error alert appears stating that the item is not present.
