disregard - delete, suggestion already a thing

Suggestion Description
Adding Decals to the toggleable feature that is already there with shirts, shoes, pants, etc. Even adding it to /decal

Reason
We can remove our shirts, pants and so on with a command, or using the radial menu, but, not decals (at least not to my knowledge). I am suggesting it be added for things that fall under the decals menu such as flags, laniards for businesses, and so on.

Context
Pegasus (and other businesses) have recieved business lanyards to wear, which are in the decals area. I would like to be able to remove the lanyard without going to a clothing store, so that I don't have to wear the item the entire time I'm not at the business or actively working the business, and as such, put it back on when I arrive to the business to continue working.

I'm sure the same could be said for gangs that use the flags in the decals section that might want to remove the flag for whatever reason they see fit, and re-add it when needed.
