Things disappearing from pockets

After putting away items from 1 place to another with control clicking to move the stack they somehow vanish from my pockets but they do seem to still be there just not visible

1. Move itemstack with Ctrl click from a bag into pockets.
2. Item vanishes but is still in my pockets just not visible.
