The state of RP for Gangs

I posted this under discussion in the Discord but I posted here so it doesn’t get lost. Im VERY concerned for "criminals" in current Echo state. It isn't even the crime that I'm concerned about, it is the RP in general and I feel its a two fold issue. First issue is two of the biggest gangs (No meta as to who) are now disbanded with no rhyme or reason and additionally another stickered group is gone. These groups were in my opinion, and some others as well, offered some of the best Criminal RP Echo has. Although the people don't leave Echo, it doesn't make sense to remove the "lore" that comes with some of these gangs that are now just gone. I have asked in character why certain gangs are "no longer around" and it seems to be a non strait forward answer, and points to the emails. I can understand rule break bans, but I doubt all of them had rule breaks bans to cause a entire group to be entirely disbanded like some other places do. As someone who has been apart of the criminal community for awhile now, a lot of my RP was centered around some of these groups that are no longer there. I feel myself giving LQRP and my ability to give Decent RP to those I interact with in the city is becoming increasingly difficult. I just hope sometime in the future the mod team or Echo owners could communicate with the community when large changes like this occur to understand the "state of the game". This would help the community and align members on the story that is being told. I don't want to feel lack luster in my ability to give my best RP. Second issue is more of a user issue and just seeing criminals doing "drone like" activities. I would like to see a system of crime that encourages "increased incentives" for variety rather that getting to S class boost rep and grinding that and getting off. I would hope all members of Echo are here for the RP and not for the grinding day in and day out. I want us all in the criminal community to aspire to be committed to learning exploring and crafting unique experiences not only for our charachters but others in the community as well.
