The Plastic Problem . . .

Summary of Issue:

So currently every place in the city is starved for plastic. We can’t get it easily enough, or in enough quantity to supply the city's demand.

Impact on Gameplay:
Garages will have plastic for parts and all players, both legal and illegal, will hit the water to fish, allowing for more cops to watch for illegal fishing, and more roleplay going towards the garages as people come in with plastic!

Suggestion for Improvement:
However, I thought of a fun way to fix it!
We all know that there has to be a better way to get plastic out there, and instead of coming up with a complaint. We all know we’re an island and a pretty freaking awesome one. Why don’t we have it where you randomly fish up an old bottle - when used, this item turns into plastic that you can sell at a garage.

Right now Fishing isn’t paying enough anyhow - adding plastic to it would help - make it you get a plastic bottle every 5 fish or so (example) and that you use it, and it gives you between 3-6 plastic.

This will help make fishing more engaging yay plastic, and clean the environment - so teaching good things to people, and making it more appealing to do!

As far as I’m aware every single garage is in a plastic craze at the moment. Please help.
