The fish contact the police.

Bug ReportsLow Priority

When illegally fishing, you can be in the middle of nowhere with no one around, no locals, no other players, and yet somehow the police get notified by a UAV drone, or the fish themselves I guess.

This makes no sense to me and I feel it prevents actually using the feature. It feels a bit powergame-y to just have the police called for using a feature without a way for them to even be called.

I mean it’s the same thing as every other crime that gets called in by locals? Sometimes it’s late at night and a boost will pop and there’s no local around, but someone still calls it in. Just RP it out.

+1, have been/have had friends be on secluded islands or on boats out in the middle of the ocean and PD still pull up which doesn’t make much sense

Police do not get any calls about illegal fishing, they just show up on their own accord.
