THC Duffle Bags not Working for Banks

You need a duffle bag in order to finish a bank heist. Unfortunately, the THC duffle bags are not working as an “exception” to that.

Is this a bug or expected? It threw me and my group off guard when doing a heist last night.

1. Start a bank heist.

2. Get keys and do office hacks.

3. Try to do USB hack and you are unable.

4. I did not try the green card or drill hack without a normal bag so it might be broken too.

Expected:

1. You are able to do a heist no matter what bag it is.
