Taxi exploit bug

Description: Was at the gas station, fuelling up the taxi, a local got in. I went to fuel and ended up kicking the air. The local got out of the taxi and then started to punch myself. I used punching and a switchblade. Local ended up dead, talked to the guys.

There waypoint was on the map, so I went to check it out, thinking it was going to be locals but not 100%. Say the "thanks" (which I will put in a bug report) and decided to wait there for more locals to jump in. Got an exploit ban

Reproduction steps:

1. Be picking up locals on the taxi job

2. Stop and get out of the taxi

3. Fuel up the taxi

4. Wait for a local to get in

5. Punch the air

6. Local gets out and starts a fist fight

7. Local dies

8. Go to the waypoint on the map

9. See "thanks" pop up with no money given.

10. Get exploit ban

Expected behaviour: To be able to pick up more locals and it not register as a local drop off spot with no local in the car.

Actual behaviour: Get banned for exploiting
