Tattoos bugged

Description - when you try to add a new tattoo it applies the first one in the list and as you try to go through them it keeps the first one it placed. so I want to use tattoo #10 for example, but #1 is also stuck and cannot be removed, so you cannot add any new tattoos unless you like the first one you're stuck with.

Steps to recreate -
1. go to the tattoo shop
2. try to add a new tattoo in any category
3. flip through the options
4. have extra tattoos you aren't trying to apply

Expected behavior: to get only the tattoos that I like

Actual behavior: getting stuck with tattoos I cannot remove so I am unable to add new ones
