Tattoo Parlor in Bolingbroke

There used to be a spot for tattoos in the prison before the remodel, but now there’s not and it’s sad.

Getting tattoos should definitely be a thing at the prison like it used to be, especially for lifers who have no method to get any other than to break out (and this has happened)! We can change our hair and our clothes, but why not get tattoos like we used to? It could go into the barber shop section, or maybe the surgery room.
