Taipan s boost

So if u get the car "Taipan" as s boost its not worth accepting it due to the car will not double clutch what so ever and when u try to do it it slows down instead of speeding up like it should act and wach time i get this boost it wont go above 150mph which for example an A boost would do making the Taipan not even as good as an A class boost which is kind of weird in my opinion.

The reason i believe this is a bug and not a feature is because the jester rr used to have same behavior when double clutching, but got resolved which would make me happy if you guys could take a look into it and make it work with the double clutching so It wont slow dont anymore.
