Supporting streamers while in city

We should be trusted to lurk in a stream while role playing. We are all adults and should not be in trouble for wanting to support our fellow role players. We all know that if we actually wanted to meta streams we could easily hide ourselves or watch under a different account. In my opinion, this rule of not being able to be in a stream while in city should be lifted.
