stuck in a dimension within a dimension.

The time is 9 am so theres light out. I tried to go into my home but it didnt take me inside, it left me outside n turned the world night. i tried to go back inside but it only let me go back outside but i clicked that n it says ur to far away to go outside or something like that. so i restart my game; same thing. i tried restarting my pc after that; same thing, but i didnt restart i just went ahead n did a house robbery in this dimension n let me break in n when i got inside i fell through the floor multiple times then finally i got into an apartment from gta online. n i got downed but im still able to walk around but i can see the whole city from the windows , but now i got a timer about half way as im writing this before i respawn n i dont wanna lose my stuff n i cant even check what i got on me to see if its worth waiting for
