Store clerk returns to the shop almost instantly

You go to do a store robbery. You get the local out at gunpoint. Then as you hit one of the registers once you complete it and move just 5 meters the local will reappear in the store. You don't have enough time to do the second register or the safe. This happened both to me and my friends.

1. Enter store with gun and make the clerk leave
2. Empty one of the registers
3. Move away from the register you just hit.

4. Local reappears early (bug)

The local shouldn't reappear until you've left the store for a long time. I have a slow computer so hitting all the E's for the registers takes extremly long. I've been in there for long amounts of times and he never reappeared then so I doubt that he should after 20 seconds.

The local respawns where you held him up at and makes the store robbery unavailable (no more register or safe).
