Stop accepting WL for now

The server has a nightly queue of 100+. It makes low pop servers more appealing and makes players want to hop over and play something else or not play the server at all. Closing WL for now, or opening up more server slots would help alleviate this issue. The queue is too crazy, even for those of us who are payed priority.
