Stealing Gas and Trafficking Toxic Waste

new activity where people siphon gas from parked cars or gas stations to fill gas cans
could require a bucket and a hose to acquire.
i’m thinking of a bucket because we don’t have empty gas cans currently so using the hose and bucket to steal gas would remove the bucket and give you a gas can while you get to keep the hose.
therefore a person stealing gas would buy a stack of buckets and go on a gas-stealing spree.

Toxic Waste Disposal and Illegal Toxic Waste Trafficking (possible group activity)
new activity where a person(s) gets a contract to pick up some toxic waste and deliver it to a location.
the person could be legal or criminal.

on the legal side the person(s) would sign in to the job on the jobs app, receive a truck of some type at the public works building for example and drive a route to pick up at one or many locations to then drop them off at a dump site like the airplane graveyard in sandy shores.

on the criminal side the person(s) would receive a contract either thru the linkup app or from an NPC somewhere in the world.
then they could use their own vehicle to gather toxic waste to then dump it in an illegal location or in the ocean at some location.
the cops could be alerted to this by locals calling about suspicious activity or by being tipped off to the drop location (low chance).
