stacks of cash money wash no route

When I go to the person to purchase the van I don't get a route.

Steps
1. purchase van for wash
2. get into van that spawns
3. no route just sadness

Expectations:
I pay the dude 50 for my route, get into the van, gives route to people to hand over boxes to clean.

Reality:
I get the van and no route. Taking a nap doesn't work and I waited till the next storm thinking I've bugged something out, still no route.
