Spycameras not working

Description: When attempting to place the Spy Cameras, you get the animation/loading bar, however the spy cameras do not spawn and you can not access them via /cameras.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Purchase a spycam from your local electronics store

2. Go to a place where you want to place it

3. Use the camera from your inventory, or use it from a hotslot.

4. Press E on the desired location

5. Wait for the animation to complete

6. Camera does not appear and unable to see it in /cameras.

Expected Behaviour:

When you place the camera, you should be able to see the object and access it via /cameras

Actual Behaviour:

When you place the camera, nothing happens.
