Snowmobiles (Skidoo) for Winter

Hey there is there any chance we could do import snowmobiles for when the snow hits? Sell them at LA. Give PD some Snowmobiles with lights & sirens. Would be super cool

Reason: Because it looks like it would be super fun and would mix things up big time for everyone in the snow!

There's some mods already out there / youtube videos of them already in use. Tagging as Medium priority since the snow is probably coming soon.
