Smoke Grenades Not Working

Smoke grenades produce no smoke and just very basic vapor, before which a few months back would produce a large amount of smoke

Step One: Have Smoke in inventory

Step Two: Throw Smoke

Step Three: Smoke is on the ground

Expected Behaviour: The smoke grenade should produce

Actual Behaviour: The smoke grenade does not produce any smoke
