Small pawn not giving boxes

**Was trying to do small pawn, had 13 laptops, went to the guy, he took them to package them up,Looked in my pockets to see how many packages I recieved, And recieved none,Havnt ran small pawn for a long time, So I asked over radio to others and they said you still recieve boxes, so I further looked into the situation, By simply moving all items in my pockets to make sure their was not any boxes under any items, And their was not any items, So after that I checked one more time using just 5 phones, And same situation happend, Lost the items, And did not recieve any boxes.

Expected Behaviour

Step 1. Go to guy to package

Step 2. Start pawn run

Step 3. Finish pawn run

Actual Behaviour

Step 1. Go to guy to package

Step 2. Get no packages from items

Step 3. Repeat process with other items

Step 4. Lose those items also with no packages
