Small Pawn Cars dont despawn

After doing small pawn run and whilst trying to return the car, it does not despawn it. It just stays there.

1. Start small pawn run
2. Finish your run
3. Drive Car back to the small pawn location, get money back from your van.
4. Car no despawn.
