Small Pawn

Small pawn not creating multiple stops, Vehicle regularly scuffs.

Anytime I do a small pawn run (Across multiple days) It only allows me to make one stop, before I have to return the van. I've tested this with different kinds of packages on me, different values, and different amounts.

For most this might not be such a big deal but we regularly need to offload a minimum pf ~100 packages a day due to RP reasons which is 8-10 stops. Normally we can do it in one run, but since the most recent fix we've had to do 10 individual runs costing us $2,500 just in doing the run itself.

Normally:
Pickup van for 1k
Do about 10 stops or so dropping off ~10 packages each stop totaling roughly 100 packages
Return van for $750 making the run cost $250 (Same as big pawn)

Now:
Pickup van for 1k
Do one stop and offload ~10 packages
Return van for $750 making the same run of 100 packages cost $2,500

Van scuff:
Not sure what's causing it but you'll get a notifier that you've gotten the keys to the van, but when you get to the van you have to hotwire. Half the time you can't even get into the vehicle causing a 1k loss to scuff.

This is high priority for my business, as we've got a hefty amount of funds tied up until this is usable for us.
