Small Dog - F1 -> Dog Animation Bug

Description:
Unable to run "Dog Animation" commands from F1 menu as small dog.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Be small dog ped
2. F1 menu > Dog Animation > Select Animation

Expected Behaviour:
Run animation command similarly to F3 Menu small dog options

Actual Behaviour:
Contorts/folds the small dog body
