Small change to Cargo

Make cargo work like Vicodin, basically no returning until the job is done. It is very annoying to keep going back to grab a new van especially when cleaning a large number of stacks

Either have it so you clean more stacks per run or you keep the same van until you clean all your stacks

    Well for vico the run is just longer, you do have to do multiple runs if you’re washing enough money
