Slight adjustments on sales of things & drops

The recent changes to crime has been absolutely amazing and It's been getting some friends to fly back in. With that said, after spending about a month in the city now, here are some adjustments I think would be good and why

My main focus in this suggestion is to increase the player to player sales roleplay as this is a very common way to generate friends, connections and get your foot in the door to other clicks.

1. Increase in unstable from dumpsters or blow torch to be used 3 times when crafting meth. (Personally in favor of the blow torch method as the process to obtain meth should be lengthy but rewarding.

Reason: Meth isnt found in dumpsters nearly at all, if any so it has to be created. The cost and time of which to takes to make the meth is very long and not a good payout which decreases the incentive to do so.

2. Slight increase to note costs. 70-80.

Reason: Running notes takes a long process and this is still cheaper than how the economy was previously

3. Slight increase to Vic sales. 70-80 as well. Previously was 90.

Reason for all three: Right now hitting houses and chopping is the main grind. While these are in a good state, I feel this limits "creative" rp that still makes it worth while without "game breaking". Right now theres more people that do not want to buy drugs from other players because the profit to time isnt worth it. With these slight changes I think itll keep crims from burning out of doing the same ole thing and open up more creative opportunity for rp through selling to other people.

Adjustment of drops

Dongle: Decrease the drop slightly. Drops way too often and has little purpose + duration lasts long. Unless we make a change where Dongles can be used in another fashion for something

Crypto sticks: Decrease the drops of them slightly. EVC is very easy to obtain and with this, itll decrease the value of it which decreases the sales of it decreasing that rp.

Green cards: Decrease the drop very slightly.

With the decrease of these items, itll increase demand which will increase the rp of buying and obtaining them

Yellow Pages: Decrease 500 to 100 a post. With the selling of mats, its difficult to put ads up as the profit of most mats sales are already low, it becomes lower with the cost per ad.
