Sitting animation for fishing and Ice fishing

Description:

Basically add a new animation that makes your character sit down but still use the fishing pole.

Right now you can cast your pole and use any emote you want.

I enjoy fishing, fishing2, and fishing3 to mix it up with how may character reels in his line.

Now that we have had these chair and stool props, it would be give them more use.

Especially now that we have ice

We can go out there, put down a chair, tent, and ice fish.

It looks weird standing up to ice fish considering you're just dropping it into a hole in front of you.

Currently not able to to fish on the ice of alamo sea.
