Sinking visual glitches when boat is anchored

Whenever the boat is anchored, from my perspective it looks as if the boat is slowly being dragged under water, if I try to stand then I am pushed off or under the boat and stuck in the water. This happened both today and yesterday, but the other people on the boat do not see the same thing, the boat just looks fine. But when we parked by a pier today, two people on the pier could see it sinking like I could.

This is only happening when the boat is anchored, whether I am on or off the boat, on the longfin.
