SIM Cards Lasting Forever

If you have an old SIM card with an expiration date that has already expired you can just use that SIM card again and after inserting it into your phone not only will it still let you unlock the job in linkup but it will then refresh the expiration date back fresh as if you just got it.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Find already expired SIM card

2. Use the SIM card

3. The rest is done for you. SIM Card will no longer be expired and let you Q for job

Expected Behavior: Expired SIM Card can no longer be used

Actual Behavior: Expired SIM Card can be used and refresh expiration. Basically, SIMS don't expire.
