shovel not working as intended

Description: i have been trying for 2 weeks now to dig after dirt with shovel and its not showing me the **mini game**
Reproduction steps:
1: find a big area of dirt
2: use shovel on dirt area
3:NA

Expected behaviour: able to get dirt bags when using shovel

Actual behaviour: able to use shovel but no mini game showing up and there after nothing is happening
